On Monday of my second week, I got the exciting news that Mercer would be sending me to New York City! The NYC, Philadelphia, and D.C. offices each have two Talent Rewards interns, and our supervisors decided it would be more cost effective to host training for all of us in one place. While it was last minute, I couldn’t wait to see New York and get a taste of the Mercer and Marsh & McLennan Companies headquarters.
Washington, D.C. is one of the most iconic and influential cities in the world, and the Mercer office sits right in the heart of it all. As a girl who’s never lived in a big city or worked in corporate, I was thrilled to get the chance to intern at Mercer.
